Madison Walking

Today I was selling my creative memories products at a fashion show and craft boutique. I told Maddie since I wasn't going to be home for a few hours she couldn't start walking until I got home. She's such a good listener. I had been feeling that she would be walking soon because she had been crawling differently and has had a HUGE appetite increase (probably because she's needed her strength to start walking of course) and probably a mommy intuition thing too. So shorter after I got home I feed her dinner and got her all cleaned up then she started playing on the floor while I was eating dinner. I was watching her and saw her standing as she does often, but noticed she kept trying to move her feet. Then it happened she took a step and another step followed by many others. I was just watching her shocked and in awe. My little girl is finally walking. Such a precious moment. It was funny because I was just sitting there watching her and Efrain said... "Michelle, I think you should be recording this!" I'm the one always saying that, but this time I just couldn't take my eyes off her. What a big girl. I'm such a proud mommy.

Here's a little video below. It's not the best, but it's what I have so far. I'll try to get another one and post it. Also sorry I'm kinda talking a lot ... so if it's annoying just turn down your volume.

Madison n Cheerios

Madison like many other kids her age just love cheerios. Normally in the morning when I am getting myself ready and need to keep her occupied I give her cheerios and she gets to watch her disney cartoons. Here are some photos of her eating cheerios. Although in these photos she's eating her cheerios as a snack
while I'm preparing her meal.

Madison: Climbing into the dishwasher

One evening after dinner Efrain and I were cleaning up the kitchen. As you can see the dishwasher was open and Madison decides to climb in. Here are some cute photos.

Below: Madison decides she's done being in the dishwasher and wants to be picked up because she cannot get down her self.
... "why am I not being picked up fast enough...
..."ok I am definitely not happy with my decision to climb into the dishwasher" ... Mommy stop taking pictures and pick me up!!!
From this point forward Maddie still hasn't climbed back in.

Knotts Berry Farm

After my summer quarter break Harmonie invited Madison and I to go to Knotts with her mom. Even though Maddie is still very young to go on any rides we all had a really nice time together. We mainly walked around. Maddie enjoyed watching the 'bigger kids' go on rides. Harmonie collected more squish pennies. I played some games a won Maddie a few stuffed animals.

A few things Madison also enjoyed was watching people dance to the “macarena song’. While holding her she would kick her legs and tried dancing as well. I know she can’t wait to learn how to start walking so she can run around. In addition, Maddie and mommy rode a horse on the carousel.
